Replica is published by MOMO Studios (“we”, “us”). This policy explains what we collect when you use the Replica iOS app and website at myreplica.xyz, and how we use it.

Information we collect

• Account data — email address and profile details you provide (name, goals, dietary preferences, injuries, and similar coaching context).
• Fitness & health data — workouts, exercises, sets, meal logs, weight, measurements, and data you choose to sync from Apple Health.
• Coach conversations — messages, optional photos you attach, and AI-generated coach memory derived from your chats.
• Subscription status — purchase and entitlement information from Apple and our subscription provider.
• Technical data — device type, app version, and diagnostic logs needed to operate and secure the service.

How we use information

We use your data to:

• Provide coaching, logging, sync, and personalization inside the app
• Process subscriptions and enforce usage limits on free and Pro tiers
• Improve reliability, security, and product quality
• Respond to support requests at hello@myreplica.xyz

AI processing

Coach replies are generated using third-party AI services. Relevant parts of your profile, recent activity, and conversation context may be sent to those providers solely to answer your requests. We do not sell your personal data.

Service providers

We rely on trusted processors, including:

• Cloud backend and authentication (Convex)
• Email delivery for sign-in (Resend)
• Apple (Sign in with Apple, HealthKit, App Store, push notifications)
• Google (optional Sign in with Google)
• RevenueCat (subscription management)

Each provider processes data only as needed to deliver their service to us.

Health data

Apple Health data is accessed only with your explicit permission. You can revoke access anytime in the iOS Health app or Replica settings.

Retention & deletion

We keep your data while your account is active. You may request account deletion by emailing hello@myreplica.xyz. We will delete or anonymize personal data unless we must retain it for legal or security reasons.

Children

Replica is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

Changes

We may update this policy. Material changes will be reflected on this page with a new “Last updated” date.
